Poor quality of customer relationship, tempered glass for mobile is worst fixing, quality of tempered glass not a standard, as a whole made a big mistake by purchasing the mobile from Chennai Mobile

I used my last samsung mobile for 7 years nothing happened it was excellent. Then i bought new samsung a33 from chennai mobiles.within two years the phone back case started coming off.

I had gone to Chennai mobiles, near K4 police station, Anna Nagar to get a skin and screen guard for my phone. These people have a very nice tactic of applying the skin and screen guard before they bill you. These products are of really poor quality, unknown brands and yet somehow have exorbitant price value. The staff will then ask for payment by cash. Card payment won't be allowed because (smh) their machine is broken, invoice won't be given because their machine is broken. They will mostly say send me WhatsApp number, we will send invoice and yes, you guess it, they will never.

Do not go to this shop. Any shop which does not give invoice or have card payment is almost always committing fraud

I had purchased this product at chennai mobiles and the invoiced price was at MRP 2499/= After reaching home i just wanted to check its features online (as the content written on the box was too small for me to read) and i was shocked to see that the price online in many site were 1499/=
I called the store and they in turn asked me to get in touch with the customer care and gave their no. I called the customer care and after explaining the issue they cut the call. And i called almost 7 or 8 times after that but no one picked up the call. All this was between 3.30 and 5 pm.
Today i went to the store to give back the product. Initially, the store guy said i will take it back and checked all the items to be intact. But then he spoke to someone and said he can give a discount of 500. When i refused he asked me to speak to the customer care again. I spoke to them and they in-turn had a word with the store guy. They asked me to wait. I waited for almost an hour. And on insisting to get my refund, the store guy abruptly refused saying he can only give a refund of 500 as per instructions from his senior.
I agreed and and asked him for a copy of the bill so that i can register my grievance online. The store guy immediately said he cant give a new invoice or cash but asked me to take any product worth 500. The reason he gave was that it will create negative impact on the brand.
I was shocked and surprised that these guys consciously charge exorbitantly compared to the market and get away with it.
I don't know if i can go legally against them as the MRP printed on the box is 2499/= But i request everyone to check the price online before purchasing any product. A Rs. 1000/= extra for a product worth 1500 is exorbitantly high. And that's whats i'm against.

I think Chennai Mobiles can close all their centers as they dont have enough accessories & collections

I purchased vivo v27 mobile in chennai mobiles.there is no discount for mobile. Staffs r good. I like the way they communicate explain and answer all the questions..

I Bought with Ivon ear phone on date of 6th June 2020, which got 6 months warranty, i trust and gifted to the person they got some issue in handfree which got some connective issue as well as some noise issue they are from hyderabad and they returned me to check once again, if i am checking also i felt with same issue, if i am calling to others it will be on hold or it will be disconnected lot of disturbance of noise it created very headache so i thought of returning the product which holds of warranty period of 6 months, i felt very bad response from your sales team and manager, customer satisfaction is not at all there, they are forced me to get back the product although product is not at all in a good stage, business ethics is not at all there, then after so much of conversation your team accepted there is a problem in the ear phones, they said 7 days it takes to replace it, they then they 2 days they can, today i got the call from your team they said come and collect with your product around 4:30 p, m, then i said please check the new product once and please let me know, then they again called me and they said come and collect the same product which i returned, they are saying no defect with out sending to the ivon customer care, i dont know how to deal this, its doesnt matter of money but you people should be responsible for delivery with good product. And please respect the people

I got a Vivo phone and samsung level u from Chennai mobiles. The phone does not have a headphone jack, basically the socket to insert your headphones. But it seems that it is a trend nowadays which I came to know while searching in youtube. But then why would a hear phone be given with a phone which does not have the hear phone jack in the phone box?. Not just that, the level u plays dongs as if it's heared from somewhere far in its full volume. I am soooooo sad. The guy who sold me this phone kept telling me the best features of this particular phone. I first thought of purchasing one plus phone. He told me to activate the warrany of the phone for which he has to open the box and put sim inside the phone. Then he took a sticker from the box and put it on some thing he had. I am sick of being fooled by all the people who sell me electronic and ther products which isn't in trend or is cheaper in rate or frauds like this. Please have some humanity. Everyone works hard to earn money and spend it on useful things to them. This is my hurt feeling towards the frauds. Please don't make fool of someone and work with honesty and integrity.

I can't give -one star atleast.very worstt and fraudddddddddddd beggers...they are attractive customer but after buyed they r chated people's.no one bad word to say them... don't go there.very bad... idiot...fraud cheaters...I was buying 2090 rs mobile.after buy go home it was not working...am asked and help to exchange.they said,"no" we il give only 500rs.for this product.and I was fighting.but not helping me...my money waste.don't go "the Chennai mobiles" fraud company cheating company...ver baddddddd.fraudddddddddddddddddd...better solution pls close all the shop. We faced very worst experience with the branch manager of Chennai mobiles, Thiruvannamalai. I bought Pebble earbuds last month. I used 1 day only but it was not good. Very noisy and voice was not clear. So i called to that showroom, one employee told to me to come directly and they will change someother product. So i went their directly. One of the employee checked my earbuds and they also accept it was not working properly and another customer also already complained and returned the same product. But the branch manager was very rude, he was not accept the product return back. Because he is egoistic and very headweight person. They are not accepting their mistakes. He is not good to attend the customers. We are very surprising how the headoffice management selecting this kind of persons. If they permit him to continue his behaviour that branch will definitely close soon. Very worst customer service. Don't go anyone to buy products there.

Kindly note. Don't go anyone to buy products the Chennai mobile showroom. I bought Pebble earbuds on 31st May in Tiruvannamalai the Chennai mobile showroom. But the product wasn't satisfied and it was not working properly, i asked them to change the product but the branch manager Mr. Ameer Hamza talked too much and he didn't replace the product. We complained with the head office after that only they accept to change the product in my nearest place. Then i went to Chennai porur branch they gave me again the same product, that also not worked properly. Because that is not worth for anything. So I put online review. After that I received call from Thiruvannamalai branch manager Mr.Ameer and he told to change any product in porur before that he told me to remove the review. I said I will remove once I get back my replacement. Today 19.07.2023 i went to the porur branch The Chennai mobiles showroom and met Mr.Samsu. Already i spoke with him to arrange the one plus neck band. He told me to pay MRP rate Rs.2300. But the original selling price is only Rs.1699 in one plus website, amazon and flipkart. I asked him why he is asking me to pay extra, he is telling they will collect only Chennai mobile showroom price. What is that meaning, that is they are collecting high price comparing the market price. The products are not worth in the chennai mobiles showroom. Many of the customers facing the same problem mostly. Please don't believe above 3 stars. And DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ALSO...

Best Mobile service and the staff was well trained I get the mobiles last week there is some problem with that mobile immediately they fix it, I am so happy on their services

I got honner 9 lite it's extra 3000 in emi as they say online mobile ll be chacheble tht too 3000 extra. No professional dealing. They put the temper glass which is 500 an sme other mob temper when I asked they told it ll be like this. Nice $#*!nes people jus need u to buy an get lost no more questions if any questions rise they answers like fools. Very bad experience in medabakam Chennai mobiles.

Really they are so professional, they answer all your questions and concerns in few seconds either through phone or chat.
They are really reliable and all their mobiles has no defect at all this is my 4th mobile to buy from Mobileshop.
Sometimes they have problems in the shipping companies but they are always doing their best. Really impressed with the service and competitive price. Good and fast response. Two thumbs up!

I was planning to buy a new mobile phone from many days but did not find the best mobile showroom. And finally now I found one such where you can find multiple branded mobiles at the lowest prices. I recently have been to The Chennai Mobiles Showroom in Coimbatore and bought Redmi Note 6 pro on suggestion of the staff over there. The staff was friendly and I would highly recommend!

Don's buy any accessories in The chennai mobiles, all the accessories are local brand and they will tag their own higher price MRP Stickers. Recently purchased tempered glass for S7 edge, they given "In Base" company's tempered glass which is local product and it is available in local bazar for cheap rate.

They sold it to me for 1200/- Rs. Not at all worth, it is not stick properly with my mobile and touch quality became worst. Need to press hard to use touch screen. So 1200 Rs absolute waste for me. All the accessories they selling is local product. Please beware and don't buy any accessories.

While paying money they used to say - We having one daily App which is safeguard you phone from physical damage and all. But one of the worst mobile store i have seen no support for customers.
