Hi, I just bought my first item, the SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic 1 oz and it does smell quite odd. Is that normal?
I have been emailing & calling them, getting no response. My package hasn't been sent out yet, says it still processing. I need someone to contact me.
Why must products be unopened in order to receive a refund? That seems unfair.
I do not understand your return policy, which requires that the product must be unopened in order to qualify for refund. Please explain.
