Hi, so Liz B. says we should report this group, how would I go about doing that? I ordered from them on the 30th of November, they said would ship by the 9th and now it's the sixteenth. I haven't been charged yet, so I am just going to cancel my order (if I can), but I am concerned by the idea they are scamming people.

I'd suggest filing a dispute with your bank over the charge, contacting Shopify (which processes Tee11's payments) about the scam, and finally, letting the FTC know about the scam here: https://www.econsumer.gov/en/GettingStarted/1?NextQID=1&SubID=1#crnt

I did all of that. I also contacted the BBB but they asked me to inform the FTC at the link above, I guess the jurisdictions are different for online-only companies.
