Stay away from this fraudulent site! If already ordered, go to Paypal resolution center! Nothing else will help you. Paypal really helped me to get my money back after I finally received very ugly dress instead of what I ordered. And you can read a lot of negative posts about this site below on this page. Good commants above are fake. Communicating with this fraudulent company is useless.
I ordered two dresses on two different occasions from tbdress, and the first dress came in 12 days with expedited shipping and the dress was beautiful and just as pictured. Also, it fit very well, which I was very happy about. The second dress I ordered came after 30 days with the cheapest shipping method they had and the dress was the same as pictured and it fits, the only problem is the material is very thin, so thin you can see through it. Not even sure if I'll ever wear the dress.
Nope, go to plan B. Get an off the rack or second hand. Would be way better than what you will receive. IF you receive it anytime near the wedding. She will need to go through PayPal to get her money back (hoping she paid that way otherwise she's stuffed) In the end I called PayPal and spoke to someone and they paid me the difference of what TBdresses were offering. They will offer her a small refund and for her to keep the dress. She will need to be very bushy and then call PayPal to discuss it. They will help, they know this company is rotten.
I ordered 3 dresses from them on the 12th and was expecting to receive them before Christmas, never came in! I spend over $300 and they're telling me they will not refund my money! My package is lost and I cannot track it down whatsoever! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
It's a scam! I knew I was taking a risk, but I bought a wedding dress off of here for cheap. The dress came and it was NOTHING like the picture. I tried to return it and they told me to "please keep it and regift it to a friend". LOL. Then when I didn't like that they offered to refund me 40% of the dress (dumb when I had to pay $30 for shipping each way). So I would not recommend this site for clothes that matter. And don't expect to be able to return it.
Hi Faith. Yes there is a contact number for them. Although different area codes and you may think you going through to the states or uk etc but you still end up speaking to someone you can bearly understand. Hope you got loads of patience. 86-29-68532816 - 441224459798 -
Don't even bother just file a dispute with your credit card company and PayPal and save the headache.
Do not consider placing a dress order with TBDress! The site/store is not reputable or remotely honest. They accept orders with the large extra expense of expedited shipping and informs you it isn't posdible after your payment clears. Initially they ignored my emails about this. When I wrote and informed them I'd been in touch with the FTC and BB Bureau their tune changed and my payment was refunded. I made the mistake of believing the reviews that were sent in by their own employees (the names, misspelt words and poor English should have been a clue, my bad). There are reputable websites that will give you true and accurate reviews. Peter way clear of TBDress. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is!
