Do not order any merchandise from TBdress, read all the 1-star reviews. This company is a sham! I order expedited shipment, 2-5 day delivery for an extra $70USD on my $240 order. After5-weeks I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back. I couldn't reach a customer service person, it was a horrible experience. Stay away from this company, order from a reputable company. Hi Gillian, this company is a fraud, stay away from TBDress. It's a scam. I never received my order, it took over a month to get my money back with the help of PayPal. If you do go ahead and order, please come back here to lodge your complaint.

The pics on the Tbdress do not reflect the quality shown and the material is really cheap. Plus TBdress are reluctant to offer a refund. I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this website Tbdress.

Answer:

Kotchu when i make my purchases i ordered 4 diff dresses and unfortunately 1 i haven't even receive yet either. Online it says shipped. I open a dispute just to ask the status of that dress. Not a good experience. They're chain and operation department is not the best one.

Answer:

It took 4 weeks to get the dress for the wedding that I was in. The dress came too late. I wouldn't hold your breath! I would look for a new dress and quickly! They also don't honor their return policy. I ordered mine in April for an early May wedding... It came three weeks later than they said it would. I have yet to see a return! UGH! Worst company ever!

The company is based somewhere in Asia. Please stay away from this company, it's a scam. The only time they will converse with you is when you cancel an order. The quality is horrible, they make they dresses in a sweat shop, they don't have an authentic manufacturing plant.

I remember the shipping was free, but do not buy from them: I wear size 14P, ordered 4XL, and it fitted just right. However, the design was drastically different from the picture, and the quality was not there. Garbage! Look up "TBdress fail" on Facebook, I doubt after reading all horror stories you'll still want to buy from them
