I am interested in purchasing some dresses from tbdress but i'm not quite sure. some of the reviews are really good and others are warning me not to buy. the no returns and bad customer service are a turn off and a red flag. is it worth it? Answer:

DONT DO IT! Check out TbDress- Fails on Facebook and see what kind of product they deliver. The five star reviews are fake. I still have the atrocious "dress" they sent me and they refused to respond to my messages until I filed a dispute with PayPal. You will wait forever for your product to be delivered (over a month) and then be disappointed and have to fight like hell for a refund. Not worth it!

I just ordered a few dresses from this website and was told it would take 15-20 days before i received my order. it took apparently 10 days before my order was processed, and it's been 12 days since it was shipped, and still nothing about whether or not it has even arrived in my country yet. i'm from canada, does anyone know how long before i should actually expect to receive it? I see all the high ratings on their clothes and all but how is the material seriously? is it cheap flimsy? does is really look like the pictures they post? i need to know there's a dress i want but i've dealt with other chinese sites before and get the wrong things and nothing looks like the pics they post! i get the fact die the prices their going to mimic the best they can if the clothes! but how close in looks does the material appear how good in quality? Omg! Don't dare buy! They're scammers and the quality of the clothes are total crap! Nothing looks like the photos and quality is to the lowest cheesiest! You must be reading the wrong sites to say all good reviews. Because I made a mistake of not reading the bad reviews before ordering! Don't waste your money! Don't!

DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. Please. You would be better off flushing your money down the toilet. The photos they use on the website are NOT of their actual products. They steal copyrighted images from other reputable manufacturers and make cheap knockoffs. They also make it impossible to get your money back. Spend a little extra money and buy from a better company and don't make the mistake I did.

This depends on the shipping method you choose, there are three kinds of shipping methods, the expedited shipping is the fastest one, you can get the item after 3-5 days after it shipped out, and the super saving shipping method is the slowest one, another one is standard shipping. Answer:

You won't get your money back. They will tell you to sell it locally to recoup. They do not stand behind merchandise that doesn't fit.

Answer:

While I have not ordered shoes, I have ordered about five dresses, a coat, purse, and necklace. Not one item that I ordered was as it appeared. The site has a reputation for paying people to make positive reviews. They have made one high-end item for the pic, but what you receive is drastically different. As well, one item that I ordered was out of stock, and they did not give me a full refund because they said the items were highly discounted and I was already getting a good deal. If you cannot afford to lose your money, I would suggest that you purchase at a local store. The clothes were so bad that I promised myself that if anybody asked my opinion I would admonish them to stay away from this site. It is a scam. I hope this is helpful to you.
