Yes I ordered a dress and has yet to receive it. It has been about two months now. Who do I contact?

Did you call their customer service dept. They are not very helpful, but at least if you need to make a claim for your credit card dispute, you will have a paper trail of proof. They are not a very good company.

When I canceled payment with American Express I finally got a response... problem is, their time had already runout. Prom was that weekend. My advise is: go thru your credit card company and cancel payment. Tbdress will respond quickly... I have no idea if you will ever get your dress...

That's the most difficult part. Because they are overseas it is impossible to contact them due to the time difference. They communicate through emails, but it they have a million excuses as to why you will not receive a refund. Sorry, but you will probably never see your merchandise!

If I were you o would cancel payment. You will hate what you get if you ever get it. They will no doubt contact you if you cancel payment.
