This company is in CHINA and mass produces total crap quality, non fitting junk. I never would have ordered from them if I knew they were in China. Save your money and don't order with them!

Well atleast your order was delivered even it is crap, i paid for the clothes that is not delivered to me and these people is telling me to remove my review then they will send the undelivered item to me... unbelievable dishonest people

E-mailing them seems to be the best way to contact anyone. Even though their reps speak very poor English, they do respond in a timely fashion. So far in my dealings with tbdress, customer service has been very helpful. Email them at service@tbdress.com.

What they send you is a replica of the picture that you see on their site made with the cheapest matterial you have ever seen in your life. My second item that they sent two months after was not even humanly possible to wear. The arm pits were so small compared with the top itself. That is the reason thry are cheap.

I actually recieved my dress 2 days ago that I ordered back in June. Its beautiful. BUT its alot longer than the picture and it didn't come with crinoline to make it poofy like the picture. Idk if I'm wearing it now because of that. After i waited this long!

I knew they were in China, but not all Chinese company are as crappy as this one. I just got my case resolved by PayPal - they paid me back the whole value of the dress I bought from TB dress. I am afraid PayPal will be soon out of business if TBdress contines to full people.
