While I have not ordered shoes, I have ordered about five dresses, a coat, purse, and necklace. Not one item that I ordered was as it appeared. The site has a reputation for paying people to make positive reviews. They have made one high-end item for the pic, but what you receive is drastically different. As well, one item that I ordered was out of stock, and they did not give me a full refund because they said the items were highly discounted and I was already getting a good deal. If you cannot afford to lose your money, I would suggest that you purchase at a local store. The clothes were so bad that I promised myself that if anybody asked my opinion I would admonish them to stay away from this site. It is a scam. I hope this is helpful to you.

I have not ordered shoes either but this company is a hoax. Horrible customer service and horrible product. If I were you I'd save my money and but quality from a reputable website. I'd love to know where they get people to give this website a 5 star rating... that's a gaff too! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE... they are crooks.

Why would you care about the shoe quality when you're going to get ripped off by tbdress in one way or another? I agree with the others, buy local, not from China!

The quality is so far off what they promise you. The sizing is wildly off and they rarely look how they are actually pictured. When you try to return items YOU have to pay overseas shipping to send it back to China. Whenit gets there they will claim they never received it and will REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY! Save yourself the headache and the money and BUY ELSEWHERE!

They deal in junk. They are crooks.
