These cute little candles were favors for a tropical, honeymoon-themed bridal shower held this past weekend! They were such a hit! Had them with a little sign that said..."Love burns long in happy hearts. Burn these candles and think of our bright new future. Let Love Light The Way!". Great product!
Am 3 months pregnant & have never been so stressed out by a company before. They say 1 thing but they do not follow through or keep their word. They are also crooks. Long story short, I spoke to a representative named Diana who after I explained the situation of my return told me via chat "I spoke to my refund department who decided to refund you the whole amount you paid to your PayPal account". The next day I get an email from that same rep telling me that they can't & would be crediting my account with them instead & only refunding me $7 on PayPal acc of which I paid with. What's funny is that I paid $33.46 with my PayPal yet they want to only refund me $7. Please avoid this stress & aggravation & shop elsewhere for your event needs

I purchased 150 napkins and over 50 had oil stains. Some of the oil stains took up 1/4 of the napkin. You could clearly tell they were used. Some had seams that were pressed horizontal and some had were pressed diagonal.for a decorative fold. There is absolutely no way that somebody mistakenly sent these out. They looked terrible. I had even paid for expedited shipping only to get used oil stained napkins. Stay far away from this company. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
Our placemats came in as thin as tissue paper it was shocking I have never seen anything like that not even at walmart. They were creased down the center and on the end rendering them totally unusable. I contacted the company on all their forms they do not offer a phone number unfortunately I sent the pictures they asked for and have not heard back from them.
I ordered over $100 in glitter an have only received half of my order. When I placed my order, there was multiple colors of glitter out of stock, which is totally fine. I ordered 13 different colors, ALL were in stock. I received an email the next day saying 7 of the 13 colors were no longer in the warehouse... I am still waiting in my items. They have given me, not one, but two estimated arrival dates to their warehouse and both of those days have come and past. I'm still waiting. I reached out via email and all they have to say is "sorry for the inconvenience". Not happy. Not happy at all.
I ordered tulle from this company months ago. I received an email stating items are on backorder. The email stated I could wait or receive a refund. I asked for a refund. Since then they keep sending me the same email. I have emailed them back 4 times for a refund. They responded with the same email all 4 times. No phone number for this company. Email only. I'm not sure how to handle this. Its too late to dispute this with my bank. $48 in tulle and no tulle

Overall the service was excellent. Speedy turnaround from ordering to delivery. Product was in good condition the coloration was just different than I expected and did not fit our decor.
Response time and communication have been excellent in the returns process. I would consider using this company again.
I am a very understanding and patient mother of 9 and do a lot of online shopping but have never in all my years been so highly disappointed with online shopping and customer care! After almost 3 weeks of placing my order (which indicated it would ship in 5-7 business days) I have to reach out and find that my order had been placed on hold indefinitely, with no email notification of any kind. This order was for my daughters wedding and unless I provided a copy of my BANK STATEMENT will not be processed and shipped out. When you call, you get a foreign gal, whom you can't understand clearly to "HELP" and they really don't care about your issues or offer any kind of service. I canceled my order and chose a new much more professional company to support!

Great product but shipping and fulfillment is horrible. Paid for rush shipping and product didn't show up when promised. Very disappointed in this company. They also have no phone numbers to call and talk to a person to try and solve problems.

They have a variety of event planning, crafting, and home decorating supplies. My order arrived well packaged and on time. The prices - even without sales or discounts, of which there are plenty - are affordable compared to the industry. They will be my new ribbon supplier and have given me expansion ideas. Th I s was the first of what I expect to be many orders.
Omg where do I start. So I ordered a 7 tier square cupcake stand. It arrived in good timing BUT it was chipped on the bottom tier and had only 2 screws. I used the message app because apparently there is no phone number. After talking with a rep he asked me to put together the stand after I had just told him I had only 2 screws. Not rocket science here guys. After arguing with him for about 20 mins he finally said ok we will send you the replacement screws and give you 10% off the damaged bottom tier. I proceeded to tell him I did not order "damaged" products. He proceeded to tell me I understand but the best I can do is 10% off which equals up to $13. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he came back and said ok I can send you a new bottom tier and a $13 gift card. 7-10 days shipping he says... a month later I finally received my parts. Not to mention I didn't even get to use the cupcake stand because my event was in that month I sat waiting on the parts. I will NEVER order from them again.

Don't order nothing unless your absolutely sure your keeping it. I ended up paying for something and shipping and wasn't what as pictured or described I expected it to be bigger size. If you want to return something you have to pay shipping to send back. I ended up paying a dollar more then I spent in first place and now at the end I end up with nothing and still negative. I paid extra 21.00 for something I don't have. Even with full refund. Ridiculous. So don't order anything unless your sure. Unfair business! Oh and I ordered a cake stand same time and that just arrived and has a dent in it. Afraid to return. Now I'm stuck with a dented cake stand. Smh

This company deserves to be remove from the market. I've been taking with them by chat, because they DO NOT have phone line(witch to me is unbelievable) but long history short. I order a backdrop stand from them and my oder came missing some items, this company never mail the missing items or retuned my money, as of today 1 month later I'll be looking for a lawyer to deal directly with them. I am VERY disappointed at their professionalism and this is the first time that happened to me with a online business. Definitely would not recommend people buying from them ever.
I placed an order from them for a wedding on 09/06, I received a email two days later that none of the items were available, and to choose other items. I tried to call not even possible only available through chat. I ordered new items through chat with representative I paid for signature delivery confirmation. Well let me just say I only received three items out of 270 items and the items we did receive weren't even correct. The other items ups released onto the sidewalk and yaya favors (tablecloths factory) did nothing to make up for the delivery mistake, and we were without items and out of $594.00 plus $700 more dollars to order from another company with rush delivery. You can only talk to an computer and the customer service is absolutely horrible
