Sick Leave/Leaves
- All employees are eligible 18 paid leaves, 12 casual leave and 5 days/6days of sick leave in a calendar year. Sick leaves are subject to submission of proper medical papers in support.
Medical documents are generally required if sick leave is more than one day.
Sick Leaves Entitlement
- If you have joined during the year, your sick leave entitlement will be prorated accordingly.
- Sick leaves cannot be clubbed with Annual leaves.
- Excess sick leave availed beyond 6 days in a year is treated as Leave without Pay.
After completing 6 months you are allowed to avail CL and SL. You can take maximum 3 CL in a Month.
If you need more than 3 consecutive leave you have to inform the management 2 to 3 months before.
End of the year if you have due CL you will get money against them.
Except these CL and SL you will get 12 holidays in 2017.
