Was just thinking about sending in some clothing. I just wanted to check the reviews first. I am a bit disappointed. I will just give my stuff away.

I was charged twice for each box that I sent to SWAP to sell. ($11.90 x 2). Why? Swap recycle all my rejected items (no returns).
Swap, if you're going out of business, please have the decency to tell us.
What is the situation re: inbound consignments? I want to start consigning, but have read that I can't get anything processed for months???
