I placed my order 8-14-15 shipped 8-24-15. On sept 5 I reported a problem, the watch didn't work correctly.----It its now sept 30th and still no response. They keep telling me to do this that and the other. I sent a note today for a immediate replacement. So far nothing. They promised a phone call Monday, then Tuesday... nothing. I love the watch, just wished it worked.
