TOTAL SCAM! Same as others here, ordered product on Feb 10th; numerous inquiry emails have gone unanswered. Opened a claim with PayPal on April 5th. It was only $16 but still... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

why haven't i received my order?

How would I ever hope to hear from a legitimate staff person from such an unethical company? You operate by taking orders, taking honest people's money and then are never to be heard from again, and you hide vanish not to be contacted by several ways... no mater what a customer tries. Not sure how you live with yourself. You prove just how sad it is to take advantage of someone and not think twice. Will you ever have decency to refund my money or better yet send me my order? It was gifts for my granddaughter very disappointed.
