Limit will run out. I am opening a dispute with PayPal as they have not responded with a live rep or return address in 4 days. Buyers beware!
But you don't respond to emails. You only respond to negative reviews on this site.
Also, you need to clarify your shipping policies at time of purchase. 2-5 days means the customer expects the items to arrive at her specified address in 2-5 days. NOT that it takes you 2-5 days to prepare that order, and then another 2-3 days for express shipping. Tell us that it will be 8-15 days to receive the order and maybe the number of negative reviews will go down.
