Is it standard business practices to insist that a negative review be taken down prior to resolving the issue? Because that is what Stylewe has done!

I have placed an order and they have charged me but have received no communication and no merchandise.
I love your styles, however, after reading the reviews, I will not place an order.
All their reviews are 5 star which is impossible and thus seems FAKE. Have anybody posted negative review of a product and it was published?
