Hi - why do you lie about your professional customer service? You don't answer emails or provide prompt refunds? And your products are worthless.

They do it because they are getting away with it. Everyone here needs to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, your credit card, Pay Pal, the Post Office, the Attorney General for your state, etc. If they get enough compaints, we can stop their fradulent behavior.
