Forever apparently. Its been 5 weeks since I order and still nothing

Where is my dress that I ordered in March order number 5219. I am going to file a complaint. Refund my money. What a horrible service. I dint know ordering a dress would be such a hassle. Every time I ask they say they have sent it. Nowadays they don't even reply.

My order is still pending since last one month. Tracking shows pending status since the day of booking. WhatsApp number doesn't reply anything except reading my texts. Where should i approach to get my order status or else get my refund (if you can't deliver my order)?

Shipping time is upto 4 weeks,
If ordering in peak season and custom stitched please order before 4 weeks.

From india to morocco it toke 4 to 5 weeks but it deserves to wait a styleora dress

Not only did they not even deliver, but when I asked about it they stopped responding. They're a scam.
