What made you choose material world over similar businesses?

Answer:

They accepted brands that no one else accepted. However, they are very slow and unresponsive. Bad customer service.

How long it takes for to make an offer? its say 20 to 30 business day is that true? or more than 30 days? 40, 50?

Answer:

They received my box end of August. It is now 10/9 and still no offer. Called and they said they are running behind. Wish I never sent anything in.

They won't credit me back the $550 they charged me for a late box. do y'all have a recommendation on how to remediate this?!

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I just did.
