Yes! The exact same thing happened to me! I have contacted their site numerous times and have yet to receive and answer other than the usual 'we have received your comment and you will hear from someone shortly' blah blah blah. Melvin, I am desperate to try this pen, but without the gel, what can we do? Do you think there is some kind of gel we could buy online or in a store? Cathy S.

The exact same thing happened to me! I am SO frustrated with Stuffnice. This happened many weeks ago and I have yet to get an answer. How are we supposed to use this 'pain pen' without the gel as promised?!
