How long does the pending balance on study-daddy mature for withdrawal

Up to 40 days. Not to mention that you will also have to wait further(can take more than a month) for your withdrawal request to be processed.

40 days plus 2 months after withdrawal. So you have to wait for abou 70 days before the money gets to PayPal
