Answer:

Contact the company directly. They have fixed my issues in the past. I send my pic three times each month to make sure it went through.

Yes, cut around the fingers. That's what I was told to do when I installed mine.

I see what your saying,... Hey just trying to help out here, I had a van myself... I would think putting the sticker on the two windows by cutting in half... on the two window glass OR on the right side of van the side door you can place it there, but you still may need to go to Stickr.co and give them a message, look for contacting them at the bottom of the site, or take a pic then go to stickr.co, tap VERIFY DECAL INSTALLATION... fill out form, make sure you have PayPal email correct, co to TERMS then go back, click the two boxes, then hit enter...

You can not apply it properly therefore it will not be approved from the company. It has to be smooth with no alterations.
