When I signed back into the chat to continue the chat ( I gave them an element of doubt, perhaps the disconnect was a mistake), I stayed on the chat for hrs with them no longer responding to me.
Also, another red flag you will notice is that they do not have a customer care line for you to contact them if they scam you.
I tried to call the number on their website I got a rude shocker, the number does not exist!
