How to Claim Your Refund To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements: 1. We will try to resolve your concern immediately or else will send you a refund request approval response email from our refund department. 3. You will be required to trash the complete Diploma Document Package including all the materials received by the High School and/or its Affiliates. After the refund, your status as a graduate will be terminated from the High School and/or its Affiliates and you will not be able to display any documents, information, or products sent by us in any fashion. Let us also specify that: We will not provide any verification for your diploma to employers, institutes or any other source in the future. Your entire data will be deleted from the High School and/or its Affiliate database. The status of your diploma order will stand as cancelled. You will not have any access to our Alumni Area and will be removed from our graduate directory completely.
