Thanks for your question. It is becoming increasingly difficult to ship loose lithium ion batteries and battery chargers/power banks since new rules as of April 1,2016 have gone into place. We can only ship LI batteries not packed in or with equipment and/or battery chargers/power banks at a state of charge of less than 30% (and we need to be able to prove state of charge). Also, we can only ship 1 per package which means we cannot consolidate them with other items, they have to be sent on their own. These are rules/laws put in place by the agency that regulates the air transport of all things considered hazardous. Snap Caps are not allowed as they will be considered weaponry. Thanks
