Apparently it is if you leave them a bad review. This is their reply to Google review:

Our website is run by a group fellow beaders who work hard in their spare time to write free patterns in order for other beaders to enjoy the wonderful hobby that is bead work.
We are sorry that you experienced difficulty with your order fir our free patterns initially but we worked very quickly to resolve the issue and you have now received 4 free patterns from us.
However you still chose to leave us a really bad review on google and are still clearly unhappy with our service.
This order has now been cancelled and we hope that you will find another source of free patterns in future.
