Please click here https://www.speechpad.com/worker/apply to register. Once you've completed the registration process, click on the Qualifications tab https://www.speechpad.com/worker/qualifications and take the three mandatory qualifications tests (basic, grammar and confidentiality).
If your rating is high enough, you can start transcribing right away.
