If i need to trasnfer money from my credit card can i do that with stp?

Yes, you can absolutely use your credit card with STPay. Visit your MY BANKS & CARDS area after logging in to register your card and your MY MONEY area to add funds to your STPay account once your card has been added. I have not been into my stp account for just over 12 months and i have always had excellent service since i joined in november 2011. i tried to sign into my account this week (09/14/2016) and was advised my account is suspended and at least $15.00/month is being charged retroactive to (? not sure) and to call them. i have attempting calling them for two days without any answer. what am i to do now that you won't answer your phone?

SolidTrust Pay uses LiveChat and Tickets for all support inquiries, as we can assist more members via these methods than via phone. As per your User Agreement, if you account has not been logged in to for an extended period of time, just like other financial institutions, we are required to assess dormant fees. Your account is not suspended, just dormant, and the message that appears for you is to contact us via our Help Centre (support.solidtrustpay.com), not call. By all means, visit our Help Centre at http://support.solidtrustpay.com, and either go on LiveChat or submit a support ticket. Be sure to provide your username and the reason why you were unable to login to your account for over a year, and we will be happy to review any dormant fees that have been deducted.
