I would like to know why Solid Swiss does not ever answer the phone or return phone messages or emails.

I agree with this, did bank transfer on 12/31/15. Today is 6/2/15 and have never received anything. They will not answer phone or emails. Stay far away from this sorry group.

If you want to ask them how to send money, they will respond right away. But after they get your money, they will not send you anything and they will not return your phone call, messages, or email. That's what happened to me! I lost $2052! Stay away from this 100% scam website, these people are thieves, they just want to steal your money, and you can't get your money back!
