I have a new fresh debit card I just got a month ago. Never used it anywhere. Fresh from the bank. First every payment was in SocialWick. 2 Weeks later I see charges on FACEBK* (facebook marketing). Didn't use it in between. This is a criminal scam. And you won't see any of what they promise either.

I bought 400 followers from them for my twitter acc. Seperate purchases so 200 each and 2 weeks later the followers went away. I know they use bots so twitter most likely massed deleted bot accounts, but they are not "high quality". Very slow on their emails too. Wouldnt recommend.

I submitted a ticket several days ago and they said it will take time.
Waited almost a week since the last ticket.
I submitted a 2nd ticket last night when there was still 0 changes even in their own websites panel.
I got a reply today from them asking me to provide snapshots from my youtube analysis page for both links I ordered 100 hours watchtime on.
Neither link even went up by 1 view from them let alone any watchtime.
Mysteriously their websites panel shows they watched a total of 200 hours mysteriously though. Lol

I messaged them about this they answered a week later said they would refill my order. Another week and a half goes by i send them another email asking what's going on with my order and no response. I then sent them a final email stating my problem and asked for a refund (mind you they have 100% money back guarantee on their website) and they never emailed me back. So now my channel isn't growing like they promised and I'm out $150. So I DO NOT recommend buying from them for any services for YouTube.
