I've put in requests for a refund and cancelling since June 9. I got one response saying a request was never received. I re-submitted and keep asking for a response via email but no answers. I don't want to be ignored until this month is over and not receive my refund. I having been planning to come back in near future but am reconsidering due to lack of support.
