Very easy - I had no problem when I needed their help.
When I've had trouble in the past, I contacted them through the e-mail address that they provide on their website and got a prompt response & we were able to resolve my issue with virtually no hassle. I think some people are making the mistake of trying to contact Snag on Facebook and Instagram.

Snag is the only company that I'm aware of that sells plus sized tights. SweetLegs is a company that sells plus sized leggings, but they only have leggings, so no tights. They have a better variety of leggings at a better price than the leggings by Snag. I don't know about the fit or quality as I've never ordered from SweetLegs.
