I have a SmugMug Portfolio site set up to sell my photos. It works great in Chrome, but some galleries and page design photos do not show up in Safari or Firefox. Are there any fixes for cross-platform incompatibilities?

I've had similar issues. I've simply been told which browsers work better.

Hi, I ordered a picture last night. This didn't put me under some kind of contract did it?

We would like a refund! I actually like the way SmuMug displays our images, site design and I find it easy to use however - the PayPal doesn't work and ALL transaction are being declined! Their tech support said everything was fine at their end but upon getting friends in different locations. browsers etc check they also get the same error! I now get an email saying this has been escalated to a higher tech support!
