On 2 occasions I've tried to call customer service and been on hold for over 30 minutes and the recording always says the wait time is exactly 30 minutes. They have that option to have them call you back, I tried that and never got a call back. I tried putting in a support ticket and never got a response. I've replied to emails that try to get me to take the next step and have never gotten a response. I've decided against doing further business with them.
