Hi I wantto no if your company is a proper dispatches only 7 real feedbacks saying there a rip off but also 3 have said no problem at all, apart from the oders were very late? I just want to if I will get ripped off

Transaction SPUK10091517 ordered on 13/04/2106 has still not been delivered, have sent 3 e-mails and got no reply.
I ordered goods from you over a week ago, got email next day saying order processed ect. 1 week later nothing has come and no reply to emails. Luckily for me you never took the cash from my account? So why send an email saying order has been processed ect? Anyway my bank details have now changed so the details you have of mine are now useless. Lol. Complete waste of time.
I just ordered from you guys, what is the turn around time on the order?
