I need a better affiliate network that does not ruin my google page rank, do people know if google penalizes this site?

Skimlinks does not affect your site's SEO or Google PageRank, but the content you create does. Good commerce content that adds "substantial value" and is "relevant" can rank well in Google search results and Skimlinks tracking will not impact that.
