Hello Amy, we are constantly improving and trying to develop a program that members prefer and enjoy. While we come up with concepts, few student may not agree with our methods. Right now we are in process of bring back Alerts and Challenges at the same time. Challenge is a same thing as alert, Challenge consists of Alerts so either way you will receive a play. He has changed his program in the middle of the game
At one time he offered ALERTS that is what folks signed up for
Then he stopped providing alerts but what they all challenges.

Many would call this bait and switch. I like his approach and overall game plan but the execution is poor
