I ordered something from shopbop 2 days ago and it hasn't come through my bank - no money has been taken out?

Not a trustworthy company ordered item in February still no refund for the junk item I received

Hi Emily! Shopbop does not actually charge your card until your order ships. However, you will see an authorization right after you place the order just to hold the funds in your account. Hope this answers your question!
