I haven't gotten a check back for months now. Has anyone else had this problem? It keeps saying they'll credit it the next month and never do. How long should it take for a check to be issued after I've hit the $20 mark and chose to get a mailed check? I've been waiting like 4 months. According to the e-mail you sent me, I should have had 3 checks sent and another ready to send. I have only received 2 checks. Can you help track down what is going on with my account, please? Can not access Shop at Home website. Comes up blank and says website doesn't exist. What do I do? I just tried to submit a customer service inquiry through the website and received the message that there was an error submitting the form but no direction on what to do next.
