A: did shein ask you for a picture of the national id card or a driving license to confirm that you are? they are saying they can't ship it without the related information is this true?

No, when I ordered they just asked for credit card info and shipping info, but nothing with a national ID card.

Does the first purchase code she35 only work on regular price merchandise? i am trying to apply it, and it shows that the coupon was applied, but the price total does not change at all...

A. B They don't call it ONE SIZE FITS ALL, they call it ONE SIZE. There are still measurements on the website for you to guide yourself. If it doesn't fit you then it's your fault for not checking the measurements.

Not by anyone who has dealt with them! The majority of good reviews are in the same broken English they use while they give you the runaround. These reviews praise the customer service when no customer service was involved. Many customers have been forced to take legal action and they should be put out of business. As my Nana used to say" I trust them as far as can throw them! " There are so many great companies out there, why set yourself up for frustration and disappointment?
