They don't reply to my email and answer my queries. I don't know why. Do they refund, if they cannot sell our vehicles?

No, they don't. They'll run your ad for "1000 years" but I spoke with Jasmine Reynolds, head of customer service who is adamant about no refunds despite what is promised.

No they do not refund your money, nor do they offer ANY guarantee that they will be able to sell it. Keep your money.
