The same happened to me. I bought some blouses that looked beautiful in the webpage, to find the cheap quality and sizing. I returned them and they kept telling me they would make sure I receive the refund soon. Over 7 months have passed by and now they do not even have the service email available anymore. They even had the guts of sending me an email wishing me a "blessed day" in the middle of waiting for their answer, without even saying anything about the refund. They are not trustable at all.

They will not send you a refund even after returning the dresses. I have been through that already.:-/

They do that. They send smaller clothes, you return them, and NEVER get a refund back.:-/
