Hello,
My name is Tatyana Hale and I ordered one of your products months ago. I paid for registration and insurance on top of the delivery of the scooter. I still have not received a certificate of title, license plate or any paperwork stating that the scooter has insurance and is registered. I wrote to a David at your company about a month ago to inquire about the status, sent several emails, called the company number, sent photos with the necessary numbers, but have heard nothing from anyone at this company in months. It’s highly unprofessional. When I call, there is no answer. Because I have put in a significant amount of effort trying to get in touch with you to get SOME information and have gotten NONE, this is my last attempt before contacting the proper authorities. I hope to receive an answer promptly, via email or by phone, so that such drastic measures don’t have to be taken.
