Phone line disconnected. Want money upfront for "cancellation" before returning money to me. Returns are very good but computer system is manual input and not kept up to date regarding lodgements etc.

1. Is MoneyMutual.com, advertised by Montel Williams on TV, steering customers into a scam, or not? From what I have read, MoneyMutual is a first class SCAM operation, leading people into a nightmare that never ends, even if they manage to pay back every penny of the loan to these "loan sharks". (If it is a scam, then Montel Williams should be ashamed of himself for endorsing this type of assault on the American public!) 2. Are the policies of Money Mutual, (specifically), legal? If so, under what law or laws? 3. Are there ANY legal, reasonable, legitimate, and/or ethical PAY DAY LOAN operations in existence today? If so, WHO ARE THESE COMPANIES?

Greetings, first i would like to say there is a ton of great information provided that people need to know, thank you. the site is very well put together and user friendly. from the start i was drawn in and researching integrity randomly as i continued. i saw good reviews on scambuster usters as well so i am excited to be a subscriber now and also interested in purchasing the offered package at the new subscriber rate! although, i am seeking clarification on a few things before providing further information. 1) how long have you been in business and what is your average yearly growth rate percent? 2)) i do not see a paypal option so can i mail a money order as a form of payment or am i missing something? 3) it has been explained to me several times https has virtually replace http and to ensure a url is secured with https. i am going to school in it related fields and understand this is not to claim all http sites are "bad". though, i notice you have http and would like to ask the decision to not transfer to https after made availble. after reading through your information, i am enlightened. however, i understand how serious and scary this stuff is and my senses are on scam alert so it is not easy to turn over card information when i have a family with 6 kids. thank you for your time. i will wait your reply before making my finial decision of any purchases. have a blessed day! respectfully, linda (please forgive possible spelling errors as a spell check is not available and i am on a time crunch to review it all right now.)

Dear jim: in november or early december you had sent out an email of how to remove oneself from many mailings from political and scamming requests for money. my mother is 87 years old and is falling for these scams. she is literally mailing her whole social security check away each month. i printed out your recent email ( noted above) and she is starting to believe me that most, if not all of these 'well meaning' mailings, are actually scams. she gave me many envelopes of the mailings she wants me to stop from coming to her. can you please help me locate the email addresses you had in that email you sent out of contacts, so i can email them to stop her future mailing? she receives over 6 inches of mail a day and it has taken over her home and made it unsafe for her to walk through her home. however, she will not allow us to remove this clutter. i am hoping i will be able to slow down the daily addition of mail and she will eventually realize she can throw out the older mail and allow us to clean her home again. i hope you can help me. if you need to call me for more information, please do, (614)276-3207. thank you, sincerely! pam cordial pamlowell1@aol.com.
