I am having trouble navigating the site, and filling out the "information" area. Which is perhaps understandable if I am 107 years old, as it says so far. I'm guessing at what the symbols mean, but whatever they are, I don't seem to be able to write anything down reliably. Do you have an instruction area?

Why was my friend's account deleted? When she logged off yesterday, her circle was intact. She has never scammed anyone, rarely goes into the lobby for chat because she is gay and not interested in the childish conversations. She has blocked a lot of people, as she is entitled to and thinks that must be the only reason, as three of the people blocked are moderators and are just vindictive. She does not want to read the same stuff between the moderators and their friends, whenever she does go to the lobby. Why have you deleted a harmless account? (account name sd-lucydarko).

Why are the Moderators so offhand with newbies and only wish to chat to each other and their friends who are regulars?

Answer:
It's very hard to comment without seeing the thread of discussion. If people don't like the chat then please ignore it and use search and private messages. If I remove the regular members they will be replaced by new ones with new views. It's not something that can be solved with ease other than removing the chat room from the site. Suggestions?

2 of my female friends wanted to correct inaccuracies and their accounts were just deleted and they could no longer sign up because their IPs were blocked. Your site is so smug about its scam system, but it's over sensitive in my opinion and when you complain about there being so few females, you do not help the situation.

Answer:
A few months ago we have a 20:1 male to female ratio. We now have this down to 10:1 and getting better each month. Casual sites generally don't have 1:1 ratios. Some sites that do bump up the numbers with staff based profiles or scripts. If you read the terms and conditions of other dating sites you will see the ones that create these virtual accounts. As this question was asked twice the 2nd version discusses the blocking of accounts.

You did not answer previously, please do so now.

Answer:
IPs are not blocked but they are rated down. An IP is often shared on mobile networks. The logic in the anti-scam system is complex but is really thought out. But just like a spam filter on email it will make mistakes. You would need to have a full artificial intelligence system or human readers to be 100% accurate and this is really not a possible solution. Accounts will be deleted for uploading copyrighted images, contact details etc.
