I let them know I did my review and they got back with me to tell me they were added in my account. I checked and they were in the account like they said.

Answer:

I have never had any problems with them. It did take a little bit of time for my stuff to get to me but, I had ordered around the Holidays. Being that it so far it does take some time. Call their customer service, maybe they can track it or give you a refund. Sorry, if I wasn't much help but, I haven't had any problems with them.

At least you got your 3$, they told me they will give me 25$ and i am still waiting, it has been over 2 months, they said 7-10 business days!
