Why was my daughters order never shipped to us? she ordered some christmas gifts and used my card on sept 11. the money was taken out of my checking account, but she never recieved her order nor did she get a email with her tracking number. she is 10. right now it looks like sammydress stole money from her. it has been 2 months. no way to call customer service-that does not exist and no reply to my "ticket"-that is s big fat joke! i just want her money back or her order, is that too much to ask? how do i contact sammydress? does anyone know?
