I also got everything I ordered and I live in the US. I ordered things that were free shipping and I think it took about 2-3 weeks to get it, but I knew that it would take that long to get my order, so I can't tell you why other people had bad experiences.

Don't buy from them! Waste of time and money! Wrong sizing and they don't refund you and the customer service is terrible!

Terrible company, I would never recommend them. I contacted them 6 times with no satisfaction. I got a refund from paypal in the end.
At time of purchase you are asked to check the box if you would like a tracking number for a small fee. I did not check the box so I did not get a tracking number. My package arrived in a timely manner considering it came from overseas. No problems for me. I am very happy with the customer service and my order!.
Unfortunately this site takes high shipping charges from china although it uses regular flat rate shipping which may take around 50 days or more, which most of ebay sellers from china uses it for free.

I never got mine after a month and a half and cancelled. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you.
