If any of the items you ordered were not in stock, then it will take additional time for you to receive it. I have found it helpful to submit a ticket and inquire first about whether something is in stock before I order it. If your order has not shipped, you can cancel it. If part of your order has been shipped, you are free to cancel the items that have not shipped yet. And yes, as stated above, if you paid via PayPal, you can file a complaint. If you wish to get some answers from customer service, you must submit a ticket. For the most part, with a couple exceptions, they get back to me within 24-48 hours, and the customer service representative is always very helpful in trying to resolve the matter. I would not call them a scam as I have ordered from them about a dozen times over the course of a year, and the merchandise has been very nice and often even exceeded my expectations. I do feel that they need to do something in order to speed up the process of getting the order to the customer in a more timely manner.

Yes you can get a refund by filing a complaint via paypal if you made your purchase via paypal. I filed a complaint when I did not receive my items. Sammy dress just lied to me over and over again telling me they were sorry that they would give me a refund etc. Nothing but lies and a run around. I filed my complaint with paypal as they have FULL REFUND policy on goods that are NOT RECEIVED or GOODS that LOOK NOTHING LIKE THEY ARE PRESENTED TO LOOK LIKE. I won my case and sammy dress the scammers LOST! DO NOT SHOP AT SAMMY DRESS THEY ARE A RIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP OFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF! Oh, one more thing. Have you noticed sammy dress responds to the reviews on her acting all kind and helpful? That is just for show. Behind the scenes they don't address the customers concerns they just steal your money.

Good luck getting a refund! They don't respond favorably to complaints! They are in China and our only recourse is spreading the word that they are NOT consumer friendly and their merchandise is JUNK!
