By the time I received my order I had forgotten I even ordered it! Never again.

I never received my package either. Be smart and do not order from this company. After many, many, e-mails I managed to get a refund. Not all of it though.

They are the worst im not ordering from them ever again the customer service might as well be nonexistent! Until i reported them on here did someone get back to me and get my refund process started

The business is closed on the weekends but I would suggest that you submit a ticket asking your question and their support team is very good about getting back with you in 24 or less hours. Good luck!

Well let's be optimistic you'll receive it but be patient, it may take 50 days or more according to my experience with them.

You won't. And if you do it will take days. Their communication skills are dreadful and only focus on how they can profit not helping the customer out.

All you need to do is login and go to my account go to my complaints click on complaint next to your order and tell them your issue they will be happy to help you right away

You should logjn to your account on sammydress and check if your order was made. I always got a confirmation email but i could also check the status of my order.
Definitely contact them if you have any doubts.
Thankfully i have had no problems todate... but i do check he progress of my orders when i logon to my account.

These people are highly irresponsible and unreliable. Go to their website and contact them to check on your order.

I never get my order either

Becarefu of of thus dodgy company, I have emailed several times asking for my refund due to items being out of stock but they don't reply to emails. They only commented on this site due to my complaints about them on this site. It has been more than 3months now and no sign of my refund. Two items had holes in it and I was told to send in pictures of faults no reply to emails.
Tell everyone you know not to use this thieving website. Their sizing are are wrong it's as if it's made to fit a young child. I m a slim size 10 UK size and yet their clothes do nit always fit as they are too small. They steal pictures from other website and copy the clothes.

Since it is the weekend they do not look into the orders until the weekday. So you most likely you receive an email on Monday. If you do not receive email midday if Monday email them in concern of your package.

Depending on your payment method they usually confirm order within 1-3 business days. Shipment and processing times vary according to shipping method, item availability and your location.

I waited over 2 months for delivery. I will never order from them again.

After making an account you should get email confirmation, and if you placed an order you should get confirmation of you don't. Cancel your order. But good luck.

I didn't receive an email with my last order in May, but I did receive my order. I was to busy to let them know. But contact them if you don't get one.

In three business day you should receive an email with your order number and letting you know that your order has shipped out; that happen to me every time I place an order. If in three business day u don't receive an email then contact them.

I received confirmation for all 6 of my orders instantly on the Sammydress site and confirmation through email the following "business" day. I was extremely satisfied with all of my orders. The only thing is it can take up to a month for orders to arrive, but they DO state this on their website

Me too. I ordered on this website before. The only confirmation is the order history on their sites. They come on time for my order. Just wait, I think.
